There are three things NOT included in the free demo that are included in the actual

The series of educational literature and materials you distribute to employees to teach them about 401k plans and the general benefits of participation. These items are stored in convenient pdf (printer description file) format within your Run It Yourself 401(k) software -- accessible at a mouse click!
Your plan's administration forms (plan enrollment, loan application, etc.). You'll use these forms to gather the information you need from your employees to administrate the plan. Your software customizes each form to the exact parameters of your company plan (investment choices, loan options, etc.). The forms are neatly stored in your
Run It Yourself 401(k) software, so you never have to keep printed stockpiles in your office!
The EZFedForms CD-ROM, which contains blank, ready-to-use versions of all 401k-related federal reporting forms (Summary Annual Report, 5500 series, 1099-Rs, and more) as well as annotated versions showing you exactly what information goes where. With EZFedForms, even first-time filings are easy!

The File Download screen will appear, telling you that you have chosen to download the
file 401keasy.exe from the website www.runityourself401k.com.
It will ask you what you would like to do with the file: Run it from its current location or Save it to disk. YOU MUST SELECT THE SECOND OPTION, "Save it to disk." It is not possible to run the Run It Yourself 401(k) demo program from its website location; you must save it to your hard drive (or other drive) then run it from there.
By default the file "401keasy.exe" will be saved to your hard drive. (If you would like to place it on a different drive, such as a SCSI drive, or within a folder in your hard drive, simply make the appropriate destination change when the Save To box pops up.)
Once the download is complete, you're ready to run the program as you would any other! Just double-click on the file "runityourself401k.exe" to automatically uncompress it and launch the program!
Please note: The Run It Yourself 401(k) software demo is a very powerful program, replete with many automated features and cross-referencing functions that work so seamlessly you never know they're there -- all you know is you're done in no time! The program is, therefore, rather a large file (16 MB). On a 56K modem, downloads can take 4 minutes or longer. An ISDN connection will deliver the download in about half the time. A Cable/DSL connection will cut the time to less than 1 minute.
